There are TWO WHO's here to consider, and if you are new to visiting a Christian Web Site, let me explain.
Scientists would tell you that our universe started with a big bang from nothing. Yea, well, Who lit the fuse? GOD himself lit the fuse! God has always been and always will be. He is the beginning and the end. He has always existed and will exist forever more. Now, let's get down to the bottom line. The other WHO is the Lord Jesus Christ! Have I got your attention yet? Man was created by God for God's own reasons. Man through the first sin broke his fellowship with God. (Genesis Chapter 3) God in his mercy paid the price for those sins. (John 3:16-17)? A sacrifice had to be made and man could not pay for his own sins. God sent his only begotten Son to die on the cross as an acceptable sacrifice to God. He then arose from the grave after the third day victorious over Death, Hell, & the Grave. Now that same Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the Father as an advocate for us. Now, in one of the answers you will find on the Parson's Corner someone asked: Who says God will send me to Hell just 'cause I don't go to church?
Now to the What. What do you have to do to be "SAVED" from your own sins. BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED FOR YOUR SINS, ASK HIM TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SINS, AND ACCEPT HIM AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR. John 3:16 For God so loved the world (That's you), that he gave his only begotten Son, (That's Jesus) that whosoever (That's you too!) believeth in him should not perish, (In Hell) but have everlasting life. (Never Ending) 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. That's plain enough, isn't it? Now lets cover the Where! Where is right where you are and just as you are. You don't have one excuse before God. The only plea you have for your guilt is that Jesus Christ shed his Blood for you. He is calling you NOW! Come to him. Where you are right now, get on your knees and pray the sinners prayer! Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner and that if I died right now I would go to Hell. Now on Your promise I ask the Lord Jesus Christ to come into my life and be my Savior and forgive me of my sins. That on the Authority of the Word of God I believe that Jesus died for my sin's and that You will forgive me of all my sins and make me a new creature. Lord, be my God and let me be your child! Who is YOU! When
you die, do you know where you will spend eternity? Do you believe that when
you die, that's the end of it? Wow, birth,
life, and then
DEATH and nothing else happens! Come on, get
real. Do you actually believe that? With this universe and all its complexities,
with man's mind and it's complexities, with all the creation around you,
do you actually think these are accidents?
