The passages you’re talking about is, “Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. <=> Genesis 11:7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.” are speaking of the Unity of God. That is the Father (God), the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit.

As a matter of fact, according to the scriptures, Jesus is the one of the Three who was named as the Creator. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God. 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. <=> John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

With our carnal minds, it’s hard to believe that three separate Beings are also One. This is the truth of the of our God! Jesus told all plainly that he was one with the father. John 10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 10:30 I and my Father are one.

And then he told the disciples John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the light: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

Consider Gods Word, the Bible. This divine book even speaks of the this Unity by showing the personalities of all three. The Old Testament is the nature and personality of God the Father. The first four books of the New Testament are the nature and personality of Jesus Christ the Savior. The remainder of the books are speaking expressly of the Holy Spirit guiding the Church. Then all three are shown in Revelation.

Colossians 2:8: Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
