Mission:

Our chaplains are licensed and/or ordained ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The main goal and intent of our corp. is to comfort and counsel police officers and firefighters, their families, community citizens, and even offenders of the law with sound Biblical advice and charity.

Each sheriff's or police chaplain holds a commission with their individual police departments and participate either in the reserve force or as part time police officers, thereby fulfilling two ordinations, the first being a minister of the Gospel and the second being the authority of Romans 13:1-5, Gods ordination to the higher powers.

For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 13:5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Our fire fighting chaplains are also trained volunteer firemen and see to the spiritual well being of of the department, their families and those who have had the misfortune of loss from tragedies.
